ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
Yaou Chen grew up in Maanshan, China. Since childhood she has been fascinated by drawing comics. She has been actively creating animation and visual stories since the year of 2013. Yaou is currently a Character Animation student at Calarts. In 2017, her illustration “Untitled” has been nominated the student scholarship of Society of illustrators in New York. Yaou was the exhibitor of Creative Talent Network Expo 2017 & 2018 with her design collection <A Slice of Life> exhibited in Burbank, CA. In the year of 2019, Her animated short <You In Me> was selected in Cyprus Comic Con Film Festival, Florida Animation Festival and Rome Independent Prisma Awards.
